For single-layer laser nozzles, in daily production, the most widely used are still three types of laser cutting machine nozzles: the most widely used is the aluminum nozzle, which has the advantages of good cutting quality and high cutting accuracy. It is generally used for nitrogen cutting stainless steel, or fine cutting with high precision and high surface requirements. The double-layer laser spray feeding on the market is actually a simplified version of the supersonic spray feeding researched by the real-toe room. After the gas passes through the inner core, it will undergo a secondary expansion to increase the gas speed, and then arrives through the hole in the hall work surface. The advantage of this is that it can reduce the generation of shock waves and increase the gas velocity, thereby improving the efficiency of gas participation in cutting, taking away slag and heat. By using the inner core, the processing difficulty can be reduced, but another side effect is that the effect is not as good as that of the real supersonic nozzle! Moreover, the assembly requirements of the inner core are extremely high. The inner core often falls off, the inner core is installed crookedly, and the concentricity exceeds the standard. The double-layer nozzle is generally used for high-speed cutting due to its high gas flow rate. Cutting carbon steel with oxygen generally uses a double-layer nozzle, which is fast, but the slit is wide, and the cutting surface will be black (oxidized).

According to the customer's own use, the nozzle is usually replaced once a month, and it needs to be checked regularly. As long as it does not affect the induction, it is generally not necessary to replace it.
