When the winch wire rope need to be replaced?

First, the diameter is decreasing.

When its diameter has decreased over 40%, it need to be scrapped. If it is less than 40%, it can be used by reducing its coefficient of use.

Second, degree of corrosion becomes larger.

The wire rope must be changed if the corrosion of the wire rope has been obviously visible.

Third, the structure is broken.

During the use, some wire of the wire rope may broken. Under the situation, the wire rope need to be reduce its used coefficient.
